Terms Of Service

By booking or visiting our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, booking appointments, or visiting Soul Health Club And Spa ("the Spa"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2 Appointment Booking & Cancellation
All appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments subject to availability.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time at full price.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
3 Health & Medical Conditions
For your safety and the safety of our therapists, you are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
- Guests with certain medical conditions may be asked to provide written medical clearance before receiving services.
- The Spa reserves the right to decline or modify treatments based on health and safety considerations.
- Soul Health Club And Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
4 Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to receive spa treatments. Guests under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Children under 16 are not permitted in treatment areas.
5 Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during your visit — including health information, contact details, and payment information — is handled in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
- All records are stored securely and in compliance with applicable Egyptian data protection regulations.
6 Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
7 Conduct & Etiquette
Soul Health Club And Spa is a sanctuary of peace and respect. We ask all guests to honor the following:
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for preparation.
- Mobile phones should be on silent mode within treatment areas.
- Any inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- The Spa maintains a strict professional environment. Any request of a sexual nature will result in immediate removal from the premises.
8 Liability Disclaimer
Soul Health Club And Spa is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home. The Spa’s liability for any damages arising from services rendered is limited to the cost of the service received.
9 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Soul Health Club And Spa are the intellectual property of the Spa. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
10 Amendments
Soul Health Club And Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
